I drilled 2 holes in my 75.

It was very easy I just had my wife pour water on it while I was drilling it. I used a cordless drill on the lowest setting so it wouldn't bind up on me.

Cant you just measure the one you removed?

I personally use 1/8" up to 6" diameter tubing any thing over 6" I go with 1/4. I also use cast acrylic it seems to glue a little better for me.
