Tank Mounting legs are a yes
It is 7.5" wide, 2.5 inches tall, and the legs put it at 2" over the top of the tank

Why are people using MH and need chillers...
Why are people using MH and need chillers switching to T5 and not needing one anymore then?
I think since you switched to T5 you must've screwed up on your cooling system

Yes it does... More cooling area = less heat =...
Yes it does... More cooling area = less heat = less heat to transfer = cooler tank and no real need for a chiller unless you keep your house above 82
