xxseawolf, I think you need to do some research before you advise someone to put a naso in a 75 gallon tank.

I don't have any experience with the Tomini tang, but suspect they would fight with a kole since they are the same genus.

I would listen to SDguy, he has experience with the Tomini. I didn't think they were that easy to find.

He grew from about 2" to 4" in about 5 months. His growth has since slowed. His tail is slightly darker (more grey than white) but not blue.

Thanks Brian

I have a plain ole yellow tang, or at least that's what I thought I had bought. I've had him for two years now and he is full of character and very healthy. A healthy looking yellow is hard to beat when it comes to stunning color. He gets more ooh's and ahhs then anything else in the tank. There pretty hardy compared to other tangs also. Feed him his greens and he will resist ich and other diseases with the best of them.

I would stick to only one tang in your 75g for two reasons.

1. Possible problems with aggression between any two tangs in that size tank. Tangs are used to being territorial in order to keep enough territory to supply them with the algae they need. Granted this isn't necessary in captivity since you provide food. But the tangs don't get it, and can still be aggressive to another algae eater "on their turf."

2. Tangs are pooping machines! I mean, the piles mine leave in the corners of the tank are rediculous.

So many other wonderful fish to choose from. JMO.

Thank you! I would hate to have aggression in my tank because I'm trying to make as peaceful as possible. I will either choose the Yellow, Kole, Tomini, or Lemonpeel for my tank. If I have anymore questions, I will probably message you. Thanks
