Chiller Needed

Im in need of a Chiller. my current employment has me on a super low budget. I have a fan on the sump and 1 over the main pump. Its keeping things cool for now but summers comming and with the lights...

Not really on the bottom but I did make a rock wall holder out of pvc and drilled many holes, hooked it up to my closed loop with a ball valve. Every week I open that valve and shut off the main one...
