Hahn has made some good points about changes in lighting, and I wouldn't be surprised if growth changes with my corals under LEDs are actually related to dimmer lighting.

I usually take a piece of LR out of the tank, dry it a little, and place a bead of superglue gel on it, and stick whatever coral I have to it, polyps up. Wait 30 seconds, and place it in the tank.
