ps3 probloms
any known probloms with teh ps3
have the chance to get one for $650 but am not sure if i should wait till they work out all the bugs llike with the xbox |

I heard they have problems of over-heating and burning out and supposedly have a lot more problems the the 360 ever did....the safer choice would be to wait a few months for sure...

The usual overheating issues(PSII had the same problems), Backwards compatability issues(not all games are playable- some have sudio probs, some video, and some just not readable atall), HD incompatability issues with older HD tvs(if your tv only has 480 and 1080, but no 720, the system automatically downgrades to 480 - including BluRay movies), and there is also rumors of HDMI Cable problems - You cannot use the HDMI cable in conjunction with the Optical Audio cable.
How widespread these problems are, I have no idea, but you already have to download a Firmware update when you set the system up.

I was at Best Buy yesterday and they had 20GB ones in stock. So I wouldn't pay extra if you did get one.

When I was picking up my Intercooler for my fourth 360 the guy at Gamestop said their demo PS3 had already overheated three times that day.
