Clown jumped in overflow of Aquapod

and i cant get him out. I dont know how he got in there, but this is the second time hes done it. This time hes in the 4th chamber with pump and heater, i cant get him out. I took out the heater and pump and now hes under the 2nd and 3rd chamber and cant even see him anymore. all power on tank is out, but im affraid if he doesnt come out soon i will have to turn on again and he will get sucked into powerhead.

any suggestions.

I had a shrimp that did this. I got him one day I was lucky wiht a net!
