Tank Stand 90 G

I was thinking of building my own stand to save some $. I was thinking about building the frame out of 1x1 and then using 1/2 inch plywood to hold it all together. If anyone has built a stand or helped build a stand share some tips with me please..!

You will save money if you have the tools and will be adding trim and using hardwood. Trim is expense and so is hardwood. If you are doing a plan stand, consider purchasing.
Here is a link to my favorite setup. Good luck and post pictures. I have started on a 65 gal stand.

I bought a stand/canopy for my 180G From this seller. made of 3/4" Oak plywood, nicely trimmed. You just put it together and finish it.
