What silicone is safe

Which black silicone is safe for our tanks besides AGA aquarium silicone

need to seal bulkheads and seams but want to use black

GE window and door 1 is safe, but i don't know if it comes in black. Why not clear?

the only silicone i know everyone uses is the GE Silicone I window and door without the mildew additive. Silicone II used to the it silicone, but they now only seem to come in the mildew resistant form
