Ich vs. Lymphocystis in clowns

Hey. I've got a pair of maroons and one has a problem. I though it was ich until I did a little research. Now I *think* she may have Lymphocystis. Being this is the clown forum, anybody here have some experience differentiating between the two? I've got them both in QT at the moment and have started a hyposalinity treatment in case it is Ich. Is there anything at this point that'll show which one it is becuase they both seem to be described almost the same to me. Like will the ich symptoms subside a bit while lympho doesn't under hypo?
