what is the fifth floor?
i'm new to the lounge, this is my second time posting. but i was wondering what everyone means when they refer to "the fifth floor"?
hope it's not to stupid of a question

i still don't get it? i read the thing but didn't see anything relating to the "fifth floor".

I had no idea that was universal. My dad is a doctor and I used to go to the hospital with him and help him with paperwork and the 5th floor was the padded cell, nut ward. It was carded access only with multiple doors you had to pass through and very eerie, lots of screaming and banging on walls. My dad said there was everything from drunks having DT's to just full blown whack jobs in there.
