Question How do YOU like your Hashbrowns

I like mine very dark with onions, peppers, cheese, and lots of ketchup.

Unfortunatly most of the time they are soggy even if you ask for them " burnt to a crisp ". So unfortunatly I have to order them plain because once the cheese is on it its over.

Unless I cook my own in which case they get loaded.

Crispy, (almost burnt), green peppers, onions, sometimes cheese if the mood strikes, and no ketchup, but normally some Tabasco.

O-mG, I looove hash browns.
Yea, diced peppers, onions, leeks, little pieces of sausage is delicious but that's talking pretty much a meal in itself.

I use a good amount of ketchup, but I don't put it ON the hash browns. I put a pile and I dip each forkful in it.

Occupation - Fast Food.

We are not talking about your Mickey D's type of hash browns. We're talking real tators, real onions, REAL hashbrowns.

Well then, I guess I don't know if I like hashbrowns or not. Anyone want to make some? I'll do a water change.

Eh - just noticed your in Houston. I will be flying in Thursday morning to see my new grandson, who was born yesterday at Methodist Hospital.

What part of Houston are you in?

And inviting as it might be to cook you REAL hashbrowns while I am there - no.

I would say IHOP counts on the lower level. I would rather eat them at the greasy spoon than from a place such as denny's.

You can get pancakes with protien and eyeballs at denny's.

few will disagree that a good ole cleaned potato chopped up skin and all, with some pepper, salt, onions, garlic and butter will make almost anyone hungry.

Good and crispy, with cheese grits, sausage patties, two sunny side up eggs, biscuits and gravy, three pancakes w/maple syrup, toast and orange juice.
