Copperband Owners

Hi all, someone from across the pond here...

I recently purchased a copperband, beautiful fish and it was feeding well when I saw it, its began feeding in my tank occasionally after 3 days...

I have a few questions, the fish is my largest fish and at present I only feed my other fish once a day as none of them are large fish... should I be feeding the copperband more often?

Also, other than mysis is their anything they really enjoy...

Also, its currently very shy, often staying behind rocks for vast periods of time.. is this normal behaviour or just because hes not use to his surroundings?

thanks for any advice..

I feed my Copperband Mysis every other day or so. He also picks at the rocks and hunts down pods all day. About the shyness, I can't really comment on. Mine is by far the largest fish (only housed with clowns/blenny/gobies) in my tank and isn't scared of anything. I can reach into the tank and touch him and he doesn't care, he even picks at an empty hand hoping for Mysis. Give it some time, he'll probably come out more.

I have two in a 400G tank housed with sme very large tangs. They are one of the smaller fish I have in the tank. They constantly swim in and out of the rocks picking bits of food from them. I feed different sizes of pellet food and I assume they are eating some of it as I have never really sen them eat it while it sinks.

They are healthy and have grown a bit since I've had them for about 3 months now. When I first got them, they were a bit shy always hiding in the rocks and running from the bigger fish. Now they just swim in and out at their leasuer and even hang out with the big tangs at times. My CBB's are about 3" long while my biggets tang is 13".
