Giant harry mushroom melting away or splitting??

My giant harry mushroom was huge, about 6-7". It has a few baby ones underneath (1/2"). Now the last couple days, it has holes in the middle and looks bad. Could it be splitting? All my other corals, etc. are fine. And all tests are great (although I do need a water change).

Sorry guys. It is actually splitting. Thanks for the response though! I will get a pic posted for others to see.
