green chromis
green chromis are reef safe right?
I read a thread here somewhere and If I understood him correctly he was having a chromis nip at sps corals? But I thought they were harmless anyone else know about these? |

harmless as far as I know..though there is the famous SPS forum thread about some damsel/chromis species eating redbugs off of acros..could that be what you are thinking of?

I have two green chromis that were nipping the heck out of a scolymia. The chromis are about 2-3 inches. Going to take them out. Never knew they were nippers

I have a school of about 8 in my reef tank, never had any problems.

Never heard if any eating or niping at corals. Ive got 6 chromis myself and no problems.
