Blue Dot Puffer & Porcipine

we have had a major issue with ich but worry about treating my puffers & cows with medicines.

my blue dot now appears to have light white rings in several places on his belly & now has a was worns spot on his tail. he has no signs of ich as it looks on other fish. my little porcipine is also eaten up with ich.

is fresh water dips the only cure?
