too much bioload???

I'm starting a 75g FOWLR....I'm planning on about 80lbs of LR and 4-5" of LS
here's the list of fish that I'm planning on getting...please tell me if this is too much

1 blue tang
2 ocellaris clownfish
3 yellowhead jawfish
1 white butterfly fish
1 black sailfin blenny
2 neon blue gobies

plus lots of snails, crabs, shrimp, seastars etc...

here are my specs:
2x40W flourescent lights
30g sump/refug
ASM G3 skimmer
Im also going to get a pump for my return and 2 powerheads...which ones should i get?

Im planning to upgrade my lights to MH on christmas so ill be getting corals and anemones in january

That bio load does not look to bad at all.

Clownfish DO NOT host anemones/corals. It is the anemone/coral that is the host.

Seios are a relatively inexpensive alternative to Tunzes, just in terms of a broader laminar flow. For the return pump, make sure you select one with appropriate gph. Check the head loss calculator on the homepage of this site.
