Help me pick a powerhead

I have a mag 7 for a return on my 75G and according to the head loss calculator I have about 500 gph from it... I need something else to get the water flow up. I need something that is not too expensive and not something so big that it's going to blow everything over in the tank... I have been looking at the seios, somewhere around the 620,820, or 1100. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm affraid the 1100 might be too powerful, or does it really have that much of a spread to it that it won't overpower the entire tank?
