Bugs gone, best place to buy??

Hi everyone,

Last month both my chiller and Condo central air went in the same 5 days. As a result, my 265gal reef with 90 gallon sump/fuge went to 85.6 degrees for 5 days ... luckly I only lost a few acros and 1 fish.

ALL of my pods etc are gone .. There were 100's and 100's. Most grew out of the origional live rock combinations that started the reef. I also had a $70 starter kit from Inland Aquatics.

I need a substancial amount of pods to jump start everything ..

Suggestions as to whom to buy from will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Skip

Honestly, you really don't need all that many. Do you have a local reef club? Get a ball of chaeto from someone in the club's refugium, put it in your tank, and wait 1 week. It'll be absolutely CRAWLING with them. You probably don't even need to seed it. I bet if you just wait another week the population will start coming back. I never seeded my tank, and only put in a couple of very small pieces of live rock from the LFS and the pods were all over the place in short order.
