Hypo went to 1.010 for 4 days mid-cycle, what to do?

The tank holding my YT in hypo quarantine rose to 1.010 for maybe 4 days due to my son "adjusting" my refractometer. This was about a week ago. The six weeks is up on Tuesday but I'm a little worried that all the Ich was not killed off (there was definitely Ich on the YT). Should I err on the side of caution and go another 2 weeks or do you think he'll be okay? I've had great success with hypo and my tank has been Ich free ever since I treated everything and any new fish.....

When in doubt, keep them in there. BUt I dont think 4 days will make too much of a difference.
