Which pump is quieter for MR-1?

I'm trying to choose a quiet pump for use with an MR-1...Of the suggested pumps to run with this skimmer, which is the quietest?
MAG-12
Sen-900
PCX-30
PCX-40

thanks

Take the PCX-40 off your list, it is too much pump for a MR-1. Both the Mag 12 and the Sen 900 are not pressure rated pumps. The skimmer will skim with them but you will not get the most out of it with a submersible pump.

Please do yourself a favor and get the PCX-30. It is a perfect match for the MR-1 and is not loud. It skims like mad.

Thanks very much. Do you have an opinion about blue line pumps in comparison, i.e. bluline 30hd?

Ive never used them myself but have heard good things about them. Just make sure you get a pressure rated pump in the 800 GPH range and you will be ok.
