*What is your most expensive live peice to date

that you have purchased for your tank. I think mine was this huge peice of live rock with all kinds of coral attached. 300.00. Ouch.

Not counting the LR itself, here's my most expensive tank inhabitant:



I did have a small majestic angel that cost more than this guy, but a tragic accident with the automatic feeder while I was on vacation last summer led to his demise. That was a very sad toliet flush.

Maybe the angel was trying to find the button to add more to the tank. How much was the clam and how many inches. Looks alot like mine. Its 2".

Oh, I think I probably paid too much. It cost about $120 if memory serves me correctly. It's about 6".

Purple Based Ritteri Anenome (Hectoractis Magnifica) $150 Canadian dollars taxes in. On the east coast of Canada, we typically have to pay almost two times more than you would expect to pay in the US.

Here is mine I payed like $140-$150 before s+h for it.....It was bout 3 inchs now its closer to 5.

Softball sized 7 head frogspawn. $15 Everythign else was $5 frags or free.

I think mine was a flame angle that was about 40 bucks; however, it never ate and died. My most expensive coral that I bought is a GSP for about 20 bucks. The most expensive coral that I have traded for is an ricordia for about 40 bucks.

$175 Wild Caught, Show Size, Tri-Color Acro from reefermadness . Purchased it awhile back. Most my purchases are well over $100 each. Where are you guys finding cheap prices on good acros or are you saying those prices are for frags?

My husband bought my most expensive rock for a Valentine's Day present. It was $25 and covered in zoanthids. And he complained how expensive that was for a "rock".
