That the same as the GARF purple Bonsai?
Purple with green polyps.

Pretty sweet, if you ask me.

I've heard of the `miyagi tort' and the `bonsai' [aka garf bonsai/etc] ... but never the two together.

Sean Thanks alot for the pics I just picked up 2 garf bonsai frags,and a miyagi bonsai frag, wish O would have know they where the samebut oh well

I was under the impression that the Miyagi tort is an Austera...I've never heard of a Miyagi Bonsai...

Pictures 1 thru 4 and the last one do not look like the Garf. They are great looking corals and I would love to have a piece of each.
Pictures 5,7 & 8 look like the Garf.
Picture 6 looks like it but it sure is Blue. I've never seen one get that blue. But guess it could, depending on the lighting?

Nice coral Mike, Dosn't look like the Garf and I have never seen a Miyagi ( Knowing it was one anyway ).

Its a Bonsai Got my frag from AA about 9 months ago... That pic was under 14Ks. Here is an updated shot

I just got a frag that looks like yours too mike.

Unfortunately I just found out mine has red bugs...damn it I hope it didn't spread in my tank.

I've heard it said that it is a Acropora valida .
