Talking Nano cube

I currently have 2 clownfish and a rose bulb anemone.

Will the clownfish ever play with the anemone ?
And how often should i do water change right now I do once a week. 10 gallon nanocube

clownfish dont "play" in an anemone. They host it and live in it. You also need to get rid of the anemone. Your tank is too small.

your tank is fine for the anemone it will just split and then you can sell or trade the twin

Check the nitrate level, change 20-25% water when NO3 goes above 5ppm. With regular water change, BTA's are easy to keep. But they probably won't grow to their max size in a nano.
