Zoos disappeared today

I don't know what happened. When I left for work this morining this group of zoos were open and looking fine and when I came home this evening they were gone. Everything else in the tank, including the other zoos, look just fine. Where did they go? Of course they were my favorite ones.

What do you mean gone? Was the rock that they were on cleaned off, completely or were they just closed up?
Did they get knocked over and are under some other rock?
What fish do you have in the tank?

I don't like snails and hermits for this reason - they redecorate EVERYTHING in the tank! Your zoos are probably under something or behind something. If you wanna do a tank search go for it

Maybe a fish ate them. What kind of fish do you have?

They are completely gone from the rock nowhere to be found.

I have a clownish and a yellow tail damsel who have never bothered anything before.

Those fish wouldn't eat the zoanthids. I'm stumped.

I just tested my tank water and everything is perfect, the only thing that was different from usual was the calcium being 430 instead of 420. Would that make any difference?

Does anybody have any bright green zoos with orange skirts, orange with green skirts and red with blue skirts? I would really like to have these again. If you do please let me know cost. Preferably in MN so I could maybe pick them up.

calcium shouldn't do it. I would really try to examine your tank to figure out what happened before I go and put more beautys in there. That is a very strange disappearance if you ask me, something in there is bad.

I haven't added anything to my tank since August so I'm guessing I would have had a problem sooner if there was a hitch hiker. I do have some snails but they all hang out in the hair algae patch on the back glass of the tank.

Its not uncommon for group of zoos to detach themselves so they may flow somewhere else... It must be caught behind a rock or maybe even got sucked into the overflow / sump.
