I need ideas for PH controller set up.

I am setting my a GEO CR this weekend. I have a PH controller/probe that I need to set up to controll the CO2 tank output. The CR/tank/controller set up will be housed below the tank in the cabinet and feed down to the sump located in the garage below the tank. I need to set up an effluent collection cup or something in the tank stand to place the PH controller in, and then run the effluent to the sump below.

Any ideas or pics of your setup are greatly appreciated.
