I've not had luck growing this. Anything special that you do? Dose iron?

i got red macro in my FOWLR that i keep in there for the tang to eat, i dose iron yes, its planted on a rock, i also feed the tank alot cuz of all the fish, inverts, and the 2 anemones, so theres some xtra nutrients he prolly eats up, if that helps any
