Petco Fish Dying- Disease??

I have been in this hobby for about two years. Over the past two years I have pursched a Naso Tang, Pacific Blue tang, two coral beauity and puffer fish. All of these fish are doing good for about 1 week and then they just die. I cant seen any signs of anything. Most are eating good and the next day there dead.

Last tursday I bought a large powder blue tang from Petco. I put him in my QT tank with my coral beauty. The tang was doing awesome. Eating like a pig. everything has been fine. Yesterday morning I turned on the lights and feed the power blue and he was doing good. I got home from work (8 hours) later and he was dead. this is really frusterating. He wasent a cheap fish. do any of you have any problem with petco fish ? Im really upset and I dont know if buying fish from there is a good idea or not ?

Any input would be great. Maybe I'm overlooking something that you all know.

Current Fish setup (155gallon, 75lbs of live rock, Regal Angel (1 year old and still kicking), Puffer, Lion, Naso(2 years) and a threadfin butterfly

Most fish death in quarantine tanks is due to ammonia posioning. Are you testing the water?

Are you doing water changes?

Please list the actual test numbers for your water, this will help us help you.

The levels are Ph 8.4 ammonia is -0, nitrite 0 nitrate 5 and salt is 1.25 -( i think it is 36ppt with my hydrometer. )

The tank is a tank that has been up and going for about 6 month and it is cycled and working. On thursday I did a 100% waterchange right before I got the fish to insure the water was good. I use a RO/Di unit for my waterchanges.
