Can you clarify the process to me? Where is the order shipped to? (central point?) How are the shipping charges calculated? (same as if I ordered myself?) Is there a deadline for the order?

Hi,

Here is the process :

1) You place your order on line (do not include a shipping box, and make a note it is part of the manhattanreefs group buy)
2) All in the buy will decide on a ship date (The order is shipped to my house in Queens)
3) People then arrange a time to come pick the clam up, or I meet them somewhere for drop off.

The shipping charges are a shipping box charge and then actual overnight shipping by Fed-Ex. So far we have 3 people, so it will be much cheaper than ordering by yourself. I will probably have the order shipped early next week.

I placed my order so that makes it four for the GB. I picked P-612 & P-616.
Let me know when you decide on the ship date.

But... This is the Long Island Reef Association forum on Reef Central.

Group buys in the club forums should be coordinated by club directors for club members. Please keep this in mind before posting future group buys in the local club forums here on RC.
