Table food for anemone

I just recently got a great GBTA specimin for my nano cube. He situated himself in a great spot the first night i got him, and seems to be aclimating to the lighting quite nicely.

I've fed him some mysis and he ate it with gusto. Last night, as i was preparing some tilapia fillets for dinner, i cut off a small piece and fed it to the anemone. He seemed to enjoy it, and now i'm wondering if i can feed it table scraps. Would the following be OK to feed to an anemone (raw of course):
