Complete setup in North NJ

Don't have the time to maintain anymore, I would like to get rid of the whole thing in 1 shot for about $1400. Don't make me part it out!!

40 gallon long reef tank setup
+ 15 gallon sump w/ bubble trap
Custom stand with fleck stone finish

Turboflotor T1000 protien skimmer (rated for 150g)- powered by mag 5
mag 9.5 return pump- 950 gph
lifereef overflow
Kent Maxima 35gpd RO/DI unit
Refractometer
Pinpoint PH Meter (no probe)

2-32 gallon rubbermaid brute trash cans for water storage (food safe)
Large mag-float glass cleaner
Varoius Test kits,


Coralife 4x65 Power compact fixture
(6) Extra Brand new coralife 65 watt bulbs actinic and 10K in addition to the ones I just changed in the fixture.


Stock:
50 lbs live rock (fiji + marshall island coralline encrusted)
100 lbs live southdown sand (will include another 2 new unused 50lb. bags
Various snails- fighting conch, turbo, narsissus, etc.
Cleaner shrimp

fish
Yellow tang 4"
Royal Gramma 3"
False Percula Clownfish 2"

Soft corals:
LOTS of flourescent Green star polyps
LOTS of Various Zoanthids- a colony of KILLER orange ones included
Ricordia 2 blue, 2 green, 2 orange
Huge Green hairy shroom
2 large Kenya trees
Halimeda

Hate to bother if you have not parted it out yet. When you do, I am interested in the Turboflotor and most likely a Kenya Tree. Is the TF a multi or is it the classic that needs to be placed inside the sump? Pls. send me a PM with the cost for each and if possible a pic. of the kenya tree. What town are you in?
