Time of meeting

I have been reading DRC and I think the meeting at 7:30 p.m. and not 6:30 please if I am wrong let me know asap!

"we would like to start promptly at 7:30 , feel free to come anytime after 7 pm."

Chawee is correct. We have alot to cover tonight. I will be there at 6:30 setting up and we are inviting people that want to"visit" or ask questions to be there at 7:00 pm. The actual meeting will run from 7:30 to approx 8:45.
