Isopod

Hi Ron
Please can you tell me if this isopod is good or bad.
I found it in my sump tank. I've caught two others over the past year (in my sump), so I don't think they are the fish eating type (well I hope not).
They move with lightning speed so are buggers to catch, but got it with me trusty turkey baster and took a few photos.
