Question Progress report: captive breeding tangs?

As of about a year-and-a-half to two years ago, the experts were studying what to feed, I believe as they put it "larval stage" fry of species such as tangs as a step toward captive propagation.
Have there been any new developments in this direction that anyone has heard of recently?
Any other news on progress towards new captive propagation of tangs?
Thanks
ER

As far as I know, the Oceanic Institute in Hawaii is still working on the local Yellow Tang. As per success? I am not sure.
