Lighting Question

Hey Folks,
Here in about a week I'm upgrading my 10g nano to a 20h and plan on putting a 250 watt Metal Halide as well as 2 55 watt CF actinics and was wondering if this lighting set-up would be sufficient for all of the Tridacnid clams. If not which clams would it be best tha I leave out?

Thanks for your help in advance.

That's more than enough light. Good luck.

that light sounds good enough for all of the clams. make sure you can keep the calcium up.

thanks,
My last question is the MH bulb that I am using, it is going to be a 6500K. Now with the two actinics will yhe color still look like somebody took a leak in it or will look more white?

Thaks in advance for your help.

I would go with 10K and 2 actinics bulbs. This is what I am running and it's a nice crisp white overall. 65K is too yellow for me even with actinic suppliments.

Thanks Everybody,
I think what I am going to do is buy the 6500k and the10K bulb and then make my decision as to which one looks best ( easiest thing to do?)

Thanks
