A fair sized water change in the main tank is the best thing I've found - my regal tang occasionally gets it when he first wakes up in the morning - suspect it's from brushing up against a rock. If it's really bad move the fish to a hospital tank and maybe add a small amount of epsom salt to the water - from what I've read there can be numerous causes of popeye from bacterial to prasite to just a trauma to the eye - in most cases letting the fish alone and improving water quality seems to do the trick.

thanks alot so do you think i should do about a 15%-20% water change or should i tranfer the fish to another tank, because i have a anemone in the same tank and he's doing fine along with some of my corals.
