DIY Stand for 75gal

I spent most of the weekend building this, getting ready for the move in a few weeks. Next week I will make the canopy. The outside of the stand is made out of oak to match our living room furniture.

Very nice! Good work with the trim/molding especially. The frame looks almost identical to the stand I just built for my 55 breeder. I "skinned" it a little more modern in birch veneer ply with flush doors and black trim. I hope to get a pic up someday.

Please post pics of the canopy when you get into it. I found it's construction to be far more challenging than the stand once all was said and done.

Hopefully the canopy is not too hard to do. But I will see next weekend when I try :-p
