Question Problem with Superman and Rainbow Monti

I have a Superman and Rainbow monti for a month now.

Problems...
Blue on the Superman has faded.
Polyps receeds and only "skeleton" is showing.

However, each time I do a water change the polyps would come out again. All of my other SPS are doing extremely well. Showing great growth and coloration.

Can you guys let me know why I am having such problems with both of my montis?

Thanks!

Nitrate maybe? Or other things like calcium and alk. Maybe the corals are happy that nitrates are being removed and alk, ca and other trace elements are being renewed? I dunno, just my thoughts.

I bought a peice of superman from the LFS that doesn't look like superman at all -

the polyps are more peach colored, and the base is whiteish.....but he had it under 400+ watts of MH nearly under the bulb, under 8" of water.....

way way too much light. it is coloring it up in my tank.
