Lightbulb turbotwist bulbs

I have a turbotwist uv sterilizer ,9 watt. The bulb has burnt out, does anybody know if I can put the 18 watt bulb in place of the 9 watt bulb? The body or the housing looks the same for all of them.

As far as i know the 18w housing is much bigger and you cant put any other size bulb in it.

I would assume the ballasts are different as well.
