Suggested MODs to a Nanocube 24 gallon?

Here is what I am planning:

24g Nanocube

Lighting: 3 x 36w PC

External Refugium lighting for 2nd chamber

Heater: Stealth Visitherm 2 x 50w

Pump: replace pump with MJ1200 OR MJ900


Here is what I need help with:

1. Bulb combo for the 3x36w PCs

2. What pump to replace the stock return pump with

3. What powerhead to add for additional flow

in my nc24 i used the mj1200, and i added 2 koralia nanos and a koralia #1. i used those 3 because i plan on sps and also needed some extra subtle soft flow in a few areas. i also have the 150w sunpod for metal halide, so i cant help you with lighting. i also took a clear plastic soapdish from walmart and stuck it to the side wall of my tank to put chaeto in because i dont want the back as a fuge for fear of chaeto getting loose and cloging my return. i also took out all of the filter media that came with the tank (bioballs, carbon, sponges). so far everything seems to be working very well.

Im hoping to not have so many pumps for flow, but then again I dont plan on SPS.
