5 month old, outer color of ballast is the light blue color, comes with power cord. $100 shipped in the us, or $90 picked up in oc, CA. i can send pic if needed.

Yes, you can use it with 250W metal halide bulbs. It is an IceCap 250W electronic Metal Halide balllast. All wiring included. Ready to go. All you need is the socket and whichever reflector you choose. And of course the bulb.
