ballast question

my CSL 2x28 watt ballast failed and i opened the enclosure to find what looks like a regular flour ballast. hellolights has a replacement, but is this a item i can get from home depot? or is there somthing special i don't know thx

CF ballast often look just like reg flour ballast, the difference is in the internals and the wattage. You should order from hellolights IMO
