175 or 250 and what bulb for zoas?
Setting up a 30 cube and wondering what you would use with zoas, lps and other softies.

If it was mine I would go with a 250 DE and be done with it. You can adjust your corals to the intensity of lack there of. In the 250 I like the Helios 20k and the Phoenix 14k bulbs WO actinic or with

It depends on whether you want growth or color.
A 175 Iwasaki 15k will put out more PAR then your average 250 DE IMO I've found the best combo of growth and color with a 250DE Phoenix 14K running on a Icecap ballast. Again there are a lot of options. Check out Sanjays threads in the lighting forum.
