I forgot to order the tool to connect the locline, is there any other way to connect locline together?

You can, but it is a PITA. Get the pliers or borrow some.

I've never used the pliers. I have done it quite a few times. You just need to get one side started and then push together while working it around in small circles until it suddenly goes "POP" and they pop together. It is not easy but not really hard either.

I did the same thing, didnt want to buy the tool for 8 connections
it is really simple to do find a table/surface that is waste high, put a towel on the table and lay your pieces how you want to connect and push straight down, once you get the hang of it, it becomes really easy. HTH!

The 1/4" is a real pain to work with without the tool, but 1/2" & up usually aren't a problem, unless you just have weak hands

You don't need the pliers, if you can't snap them things in place or remove them...hit the gym.

I agree...you don't need them. I wet them down...seems to help snap them in place a little easier. |

1/4" can be pried apart, but your fingers will be hurting after a few of them. Quite a bit more difficult to push them together, they just don't give as much as the larger sizes. Never had a problem with 1/2" or bigger, but the tool does make it so much easier. |

I ended up using my Black and Decker workbench vise to snap them together, it was really easy when you use your weight.
