Water Quality!!!

I just bought Salifert test kits for nitrate and phosphate, because of all you guys out there who suggested that I do so. Anyways, I tested my water parameters, and i have a reading of 5 ppm for Nitrate and about 0.03 ppm for Phosphate. SO how good is my water?? What am I aiming for...I'm trying to put in soft corals like xenia and I want to have 2 clownfish, probably oscellaris variety.

you want both of those numbers to be 0 for the most part but what u have isnt bad at all. in any nano the problem is that it can fluctuate a lot and fast so just stay on top of it with water changes and testing

those measurements are ok---important also are your alkalinity level, salinity and pH
How often do you do water changes?
