Fish to eat Bristleworms
Anyone have any suggestions of fish to eat bristleworms? We've heard Mozambique Gobies, Fang Blennys and six line wrasse...any other suggestions?

Most bristleworms are beneficial detrivores. There's no reason to get rid of them. They're only there because there is enough food for them to eat. If you have a ton you are probably over feeding.

My shark tried to eat one today... it was a failure and ended in the shark trying to cough up a worm...

I wouldnt like my fish to eat my bristle worms, but if you insist, Pseudochromis sp. do eat them.
I saw once my XL cleaner shrimp jumping around like crazy in the tank, when I got closer I saw it was fighting a large bristle worm that was powerful and made the shrimps jump around when trying to get away....the shrimp won and had a large meal. |
