tank moving advise

I graduate college tomorrow YAYAYAYAY

in a week im gonna be moving around 250 miles away from my current location.

I have a 100 gallon tank with a deep sand bed, 200lbs of LR, SPS, LPS, various softies some inverts and fish of course.

what are some suggestions that past movers can tell me that may help me move the tank?

So far the LFS has suggested:
putting all softies in ziplocs
sps and LPS in cheap plastic containers
putting bags and containers in ice chest
get a brute trashcan *new* put all LR in there
out fish that will behave nicely in a bucket with battery op airator
drain water saving some til about 6" remains strain and mix sand and water to rinse out HS gas and detritus. then drain water and scoop out sand putting it in a bucket.

drain the rest of the tank and move it all setting it up in the new location.


What do you think any ideas?
