Talking Molting Banded Coral Shrimp

My banded coral shrimp just molted and his molt is all over the tank. Should I leave it in there (calcium and other nutrients for other critters) or should I remove what I can. The pieces are all over the place, A leg in one corner, a claw in the other, the antenna stuck between some rocks... Thanks!
