Need Help on lighting system!!

Hey guys, well I'm starting to work more and more everyday on my 37g cube tank. Now this tank I hope should be up and running in a couple months. I'm taking my time in getting the best in everything and exactly what I want.

But I'm stuck on a lighting system. Now this tank will be a reef tank holding clams, sps, possibly lps and softies..
I would like this lighting system to have LED's for the moonlight image at night, Blue lumens ( blue bulbs ) and I want MH..

I was thinking 250w system...But I don't know if thats good enough..

Can you guys reccommend a good brand/system for me??

Measurements of tnak I measured from the top of tank... 18 1/4 length..20 1/4 width...25 Height

I think the 250w should be fine. I prefer a the HQI bulbs and a 20k color...looks nice with the blue tint. I've always used retro setups from hellolights.com

I have a hellolights 250 watt de retro pendant, a very good light imo, especially at 150 bucks.
