Your corals have some nice color. But I can't help but ask why some of them have such light colors. I had some of my corals do the same thing have very bright colors and then fade away. I do see that some have a loose or a fading affect. Is this due to low nutrientsor or high phosphates? I think your tank looks great just looking to find out how you are doing it. You do understand what I am asking correct? Are you dosing anything to your tank?

cruzing2000: lights use for the photo were 250w se radiums and iridius on a galaxy ballast with LAIII minis.

Dejavu: Thank you so much.

Yinger: I am still using the 10k for growth but in occasions change over to the 20k.

trueblack percula: well its kind of a long story, but I will make it short. Lets just say I almost had a total tank wipe out when one of my pumps power cable split and was putting 120v in the tank. Was able to save it and this are the coral I got after that. But I also so have a low nutrient tank and I dose HCAA and ultramin once a week.

sailfish2: thank you.

How often do you clean your skimmer running it wet? I run mine a bit dryer clean it once a week with a water change. I get about 2-3" of dark nog in the cup. I am asking because I also have a BM250.

Brewen thanks. On the skimmer I also clean it once a week when I do my water changes. The skimmer will collect almost a full cup by the end of the week.

How do you have 2 6100 tunzes and not blow tissue off of your sps in a 3 ft tank? I have blown off tissue on my sps over 2 ft away with my 6000s.

I have on on the front left corner pointing about halfway on the other side. The other one I have on the back right of the tank pointing the other direction.
